Brett has over 15 years experience in global property. His portfolio extends from Australia, through Asia and into the UK and Europe. He has been in the UK since 2002 and since then has amassed a strong following of investors who follow his educational materials religiously. Prior to coming to the UK Brett ran a successful mortgage company in Australia and was a Board Member in Queensland for the Mortgage Finance Association of Australasia.

He soon realised the frustration of working with people with little money and decided to join forces with YPC Wealth. Since then James has been the driving force behind the acquisition of over £80 million worth of property across the UK.

Mick has been investing in property throughout parts of the North East and Midland areas of the UK for well over 10 years. When he is not sourcing property for YPC Wealth he is a developer himself. Mick, a resident of Lincolnshire, is a great asset to have on the ground for our northern region of the UK.
