Brett Alegre-Wood, Chairman, YPC Group

Brett has over 15 years experience in global property. His portfolio extends from Australia, through Asia and into the UK and Europe. He has been in the UK since 2002 and since then has amassed a strong following of investors who follow his educational materials religiously. Prior to coming to the UK Brett ran a successful mortgage company in Australia and was a Board Member in Queensland for the Mortgage Finance Association of Australasia.

Shane Hindocha, Director of Property

Shane comes from a legal background. Having obtained a Law degree, he went on to complete his Legal Practice Course with specific focus on Advanced Property. Previously, he was sourcing for another company where he headed their Acquisitions Department. He has since been adding to his own portfolio as well as developing crucial contacts within the industry. He has a strong reputation amongst many of the Developers and his wealth of knowledge and experience makes him a great asset to have in the YPC Group. Shane boasts a track record of only having two developments fall over in the past three years despite the worldwide turmoil.
