Our clients are investors, not landlords, and our aftercare team makes their portfolio as ‘hands-off’ as possible. Basically, we provide you a single point of contact for all after sales matters
Karen is our Aftercare and Letting Manager and she and her team co-ordinate the after-sales process from sale to completion, right through to lettings.
The aftercare team will co-ordinate our clients’ solicitors and brokers and after completion ensure that every property is let out within a 6 week period. They are also responsible for sorting out furniture, flooring, curtains and snagging within this timeframe.
We provide this service to every client at no charge and it’s this that builds solid relationships and creates great loyalty between us and our clients.
