Our UK Performance Summary - 2008
From January to July 2008 we sold over £47 million worth of property within over 50 developments. This means on average each of our clients bought 2.8 of our properties. We added 4,000 investors to our database, met with over 400 new clients and had over 1,000 phone appointments.
During January to July of 2007, we have sold over £33.2 million of which we have exchanged on £21.1 million and completed on £17.3 million. We have sold 141 plots across 23 developments.
